Other Items available for a customized catering menu to suit your event needs.  Delivery and setup are separate services, and fees vary based on size of order and distance to be delivered, so let our team handle the added work, to make your event stress free.

For Events with 60 People or less we suggest, Buffet Style packaging works best.  It is a more economical packaging, with a family style serving feel.  Tacos come plain and all toppings are on the side so your guests can top their tacos any way they like.  Tacos can be deconstructed(tortillas separate from meat) - Available Upon Request Only.

 

Buffet Style Packaging includes, Toppings, Salsas, Chips, and disposables.  

Warmers are additional.

Individual Grab and Go Bags Packaging Available with a 50 Person Minimum Order.

Serving 100+ guests? We can customize your menu or Taco Bar Buffet to satisfy all your guests and or employees. Our complimentary CONCIERGE SERVICE will assist you in choosing proteins, navigate dietary restrictions, add on sides, and appetizers, discuss with you our set-up and onsite server services, all while working within your budget. Our packages offer everything you will need, from the meal to disposables and delivery. You can add set-up and server services to assist with clean-up for an additional fee.

 

Throughout the entire process, our catering specialists will gather all pertinent event information, create your menu, offer expert tips and suggestions on table layout for food service, even provide options for on-site staff serving at your event, and work with venue management to perform a walk-through of the venue and request the necessary certificates of insurance.

FAQ's / NEW CATERING ORDERS

How Do I Pay?

  1. Online ordering* – you can enter your information directly and pay online.

  2. Phone orders – our helpful staff can make your payment over the phone.

  3. Concierge Service Orders – after customizing your menu, we can send you a secure link to pay online.

  4. EZ Cater – pay through your EZ cater account.

No down payment is necessary to hold the order but we have a Prepay Policy for large (100 people+) or customized orders. *Online payment coming soon to many locations.

How Soon Before My Event Should I Order My Food?

​1-2 weeks prior is a great starting point so your menu planning is not rushed. We do specialize in tacos and can put together your order in a short amount of time. However, depending on the size of the order, and item availability, it can take up to 24 hours beforehand to prepare your order.

How Many Tacos Should I Order?

Our Tacos may look small but 2-3 Tacos per person is a great portion 2 Tacos with a Side of Rice and Beans is great for lunches and office meetings, while 3-4 Tacos per person is better for a dinner portion or an event where the food will be out for several servings.

How Does Food Come Packaged ?

​Orders come in 2 different options: 

  1. Buffet Style – Includes All Toppings on the side and Tacos pre-made in pans separated by protein.  Tacos can be served “de-constructed” with tortillas in separate pans from protein.  Due to portion control this is available Upon Request Only.

  2. Quick Grab and Go Bags – Lunch bags with the tacos wrapped in foil and served plain with toppings separate and any sides added to the order (Plates and cutlery served as needed). Bags are marked by proteins, so your guests know what kind of tacos they’re choosing when they pick up their lunch bags.
